Dr. Nagesh Chandra

Dr. Nagesh Chandra, completed his Masters in Surgery from KIMS, Hubli. To pursue his passion for Neurosurgery, he joined King George Medical University. After completing his MCh Neurosurgery, he continued to work as a Neurosurgeon at King George Medical University for more than 3 years. During this time, he became fascinated with endovascular neurosurgery/interventional neuroradiology and went on to get training from Zurich, Switzerland, making him one of the few neurosurgeons in the country and the world with this dual training. His practice focuses on neurosurgery, spine surgery, brain & spinal tumors and interventional endovascular treatment of aneurysms, Arteriovenous Malformations (AVMs), and Dural Arteriovenous Fistulas (dAVFs) of the brain and spinal cord. He also focuses on the specialized treatment of brain meningiomas, spinal disorders, neurological trauma, and hydrocephalus. He has been recognised for performing complicated spine and brain surgeries using endoscopy and minimally invasive keyhole techniques.
